With 90 days from allotment 10% + 50% lease Rent
on completion of 2nd floor roof slab 10% + 50% lease Rent
on completion of 6th floor roof slab 7.5% + 50% Car Park
on completion of 10th floor roof slab 7.5% + 50% Car Park
on completion of 14th floor roof slab 7.5% + 50% PLC
on completion of 18th floor roof slab 7.5% + 50% PLC
on completion of Top floor roof slab 7.5% + 50% ESC
on completion of brick work 7.5% + 50% FFC
on comletion of Electrical conduction & wiring 5% + 100% power back up
on completion of plumbing work 5% + 100% club membership
At the time of notice for possession 5% +100% IFMS
Notes:
1. Prices are Escalation free but subject to revision/withdrawal without notice at company’s sole discretion.
2. One basement Car Parking along with an apartment is mandatory.
3. Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, Legal/miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the Allottee at the time of offer of possession
